DealWatch24 LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Sleep Calculator mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
When you access the Service with a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, sleep patterns, and other diagnostic data ("Usage Data").
When you use the sleep tracking feature, the Service records movement and noise levels measured by your device's sensors during the night, together with your alarm settings and time zone offset ("Sleep Data"). Sleep Data is stored on your device and is also sent to our servers so that we can improve the sleep analysis algorithm. Audio recordings are stored on your device only and are never sent to our servers automatically.
If you contact us through the in-app support form, we receive your email address, your message, and a copy of the application's local database (your sleep history and settings) so that we can diagnose the issue you report.
DealWatch24 uses the collected data for various purposes:
Your information, including Usage Data, may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside the United States, please note that we transfer the data, including Usage Data, to the United States and process it there.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
DealWatch24 LLC will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Usage Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of your data.

The security of your data is important to us. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. These measures include encryption and secure storage of sensitive data to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Usage Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our application may write sleep data to Google's Health Connect open platform (if chosen in settings); however, it does not read, use, store, or share Google user data in any way.
We retain the data described in this Privacy Policy for the following periods:
Data is not linked to your name, email address, or any account: the Service does not require registration, and server-side data is identified only by an anonymous numeric installation identifier. When we delete your data upon request, all data associated with your installation identifier is permanently removed from our servers.
You have the right to request the deletion of your data collected by our Service, if any. To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to sleepcalculator24@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request. You can also delete all data stored on your device at any time by deleting individual nights in the app or by uninstalling the application.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let you know via a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
